[Diy_efi] Pulse width meter

My mother's 91 Lincoln has the gas mileage inst/avg, fuel used, range
computer thing in the dashboard. Trouble is, I'll bet the farm that it gets
a signal directly from the Ford computer. Does anyone know of a device
similar to this that will piggyback directly to the injector wires to
measure pulsewidth ? I don't suppose there's a way to get a GM ECM to output
PW/duty cycle in some unused pin?

Thanks,
Chris
