Fuse boxes with weatherproof covers are in junkyards too... saabs, benz, 
bmw's, and many japanese imports have their fuse boxes under the hood, 
with a nice cover and gasket setup.

Pluck and reload.  By far cheaper than painless, though painless stuff is 
quality.
