[Diy_efi] Pulse width meter

I just got back from a trip and things are backed up around here but I
will get to it.
FWIY I used the capture mode on the PIC like you suggested to me awhile
back.
It seems to work great on the bench. Give me a few weeks and I'll let
everyone know when it's posted.

Please do, or write it up as a project if you have time. I don't
remember now why I used interrupts, other than I was also just getting
started with PICs and may not have known about the built in functions.
That is the best way to do it.
