[Diy_efi] SFI vs batch

So here's what I'm sure is an age old question. I'm looking for optimum MPG,
is SFI going to get a noticable increase from batch?

Is there an ECM out there that will do SFI with a dizzy? If not, how hard is
it to hook up an external crank sensor, ala MSD?
