[Diy_efi] my setup

hi! I am looking for a programable ECU or acceptable 
override for an 86 SAAB 900 turbo, At the moment I'm
running a 2.1 ltr./ w/24 lbs./hr. inj. w/16 psi,
boost. I'm flattening out at 4500 rpm. I need
sequential, programable, inj. control. Like air mass
meter, but will consider MAP sensor. Would like ign.
timing control, am using hall effect sys. please, send
all possible options. thank you, jeff.
