FWIW I have a couple pics of it running off my battery charger on my
garage floor.
Maxed out at 75psi.

I'm not 100% sure of the exact Max pressure. As a few other DIY'ers
have said, pressure is determined by the size of orifice in relation to
flow.
I have run with the Ford pump on TBI systems as well as MPI and TPI
units. All have worked well.

But if for some reason the pump is over pressuring the fuel system (too
much flow) just slow it down! I have seen guys put a old style ignition
ballast resistor on the power wire to the pump. Add resistance you drop
the voltage. If you drop the voltage, the pump turns slower and
delivers less flow. Be careful though it will also limit fuel delivery
at WOT.

I think I have an easier solution I work for Jeep and if you are
converting a Wrangler why not use a 1991 and up fuel tank and pump? In
1991 we changed from carb. To fuel injection and the 1991 to 1995
Wrangler fuel tank should fit NO PROBLEM in the 1987 to 1990 chassis, I
think you can still get factory feed and return lines but I would step
up to 3/8" for the feed and use the factory 5/16" for the return just
incase you need MORE POWER!
