[Diy_efi] Hydrogen Powered Vehicle

At the center for automotive research at ohio state there is a EV-1 parked
out front, reason...... it's broken and not worth fixing.

GM would never spend shareholder money on a boondoggle like that.  Hydrogen
plays well in the press -- after all everyone knows burnt hydrogen is water,
and we're about to run out of potable water anyway.  That money is US tax
dollars hard (or not so hard) at work.  How will it turn out?

Federal dollars paid for development of the Saturn EV-1.  Toyota developed
the Prius.  Which turned out better?
