Dan,
This maybe be old news, but I figured I'd mention it:
The issue of WBO2 temperature sensitivity and repeatability was looked
into at length by Al Grippo and Bruce Bowling (inventors or the
Megasquirt) while they've been developing the UltramegaSquirt.
It became quite a project, and involved alot of equipment and research.
They've come up with a stand alone Precision Wideband O2 Controller
(PWC) that works with several different WBO2 sensors.

From what I've read, after calibration of the sensor/PWC, it should be
as good as the Horiba (sp?) - or I read things incorrectly.
The kit's not ready to buy, but it's in a beta test I believe.
Personally, I'll be moving to the PWC and UMS when they become
available. I have the Tech-Edge V1.1 WBO2 and MS v2.2 now.
