It is a ML1.1 or ML1.2 Motronic. They don't have idle or WOT maps. There are
two 16X16 maps, one fuel and one ignition. See my 944 Porsche website for
the same model.
Ignition angles depend on the number of teeth on the starter ring, 130 for
944 and 126 (I think) for BMW.
I don't have the exact locations but I wrote a BMW person and may have the
info in about a week.
