[Diy_efi] engine modeling

Alexei - I'm very aware of the inaccuracies between a lab model and 
a real motor :)  The point of the model is to get a running baseline
from which to begin tuning.

You can also use the various amounts of error to tune the model to
perform more like the engine under test.
