Hi all, I ran across this mailing list several times and I think it may be the best place to ask this. I am building a custom alcohol/water injection system and rather then using a NOS nozzle to inject it into the intake, I'd like to use a fuel injector due to the superior atomization. My problem is getting an injector driver that will suit my needs. I would like something that will read the boost pressure and at a certain boost start the injector at a low duty cycle. As boost increases, the duty cycle would increase also. The hard part is that I'd like to have 2 adjustments for tuning, the initial boost level that the injector starts, and the rate at which the duty cycle increases with boost. An example of a typical setup is this:

At 5 psi the injector starts at 20% duty cycle. It reaches 80% at 10psi.

I think I want to make 80% the max duty cycle if possible, and have the initial boost setting adjustable from 5psi to 15psi and the rate of increase (20% to 80%) adjustable from a 3psi range to a 10psi range. This should allow all the adjustment I need to get the system tuned right and should allow me to do it from inside the car. I have a basic knowledge of electronics and can probably put it together if someone can give me a schematic and parts list. I have seen additional injector controllers that I can probably make work but they are selling for around $400 and I can get a whole aftermarket injection kit for that. If anyone knows of any other parts I can buy to make this work, that would also be great. Thanks alot.
