[Diy_efi] Tuning Bosch fuel injection

As far as books go, I suggest you pick up a copy of "How to Tune and Modify 
Bosch Fuel Injection".  Its by Ben Watson and the ISBN is 0-87938-570-7.  
I have read some of it and it gives a good overview of each system.  Also a 
general reference that I have have found useful is the SAE's Automotive 
handbook.
