[Diy_efi] MOPAR PCM info available

nope.  these are off the shelf 28F010's in the PCM's.=0D
so far, Ford is the only one I have seen scrambling address lines...=0D
CPU's are also off the shelf and not one-off variants.=0D
Received a copy of a factory flash file and it compares with what is in t=
