[Gmecm] Newb question on 12236479?

I have this car with an ECM number 12236479 

the PIC have this numbers on it  DWKU 6293 014 89388 B0342AD in a 14 pin 
package also inserted with a blue package not a memcal it is just an adapter 
and says BLUE. 

I want to start tuning this but i cannot find any information of this ECM, I 
want to know which PIC should I use to write my modified bin. a 27C512 would 
be ok.? 

Well I'll start by getting the bin file from this PIC. 

any information.?
