[Gmecm] TPS 85 % voltage

Hello Again everyone,

 When figuring out the 85 % voltage from the TPS woul you use the 5 volt
VCC has the referance or would you use the WOT reading from the TPS (In my
case 4.54 @WOT and .4 @ idle). So would 85% TPS be 3.40 volts or 4.25 volts?
