[Diy_efi] Ignition maps

I have a small chevy 383 engine with a mild hydraulic roller cam, 9.25:1 CR
and aluminum heads in a 4-speed Camaro (rather heavy, too). I'm in the
process of programming my EFI system and was hoping to get a peek at a few
ignition maps (ignition advance vs. MAP) to study. Does anyone have such a
map in text format that would be willing to share? Any recommendations for
websites where such maps could be found?
