[Gmecm] startup idle parameters

This is probably a newbie question but my idle at startup seems to stay h=
igh way too long.  What is the name of the parameter to change this?  Als=
o, after the engine is up to operating temp the startup idle is a high fo=
r a little too long.  I assume this is a different parameter.  This is fo=
r a TBI setup on a Chevy 350 with a 7747 ECM.  I have a flash chip, progr=
ammer and TunerPro.
