They would probably add 20 horsepower if the inlet to the bottom 
turbo
weren't ingesting hot air from the top tubo's exhaust headers. dh

Check the Motor Trend Issue on the GM Vortec 4200 TwinTurbo Truck 
and you'll see they moved the forward Turbo Upward and almost over
the lower Turbo.  

The Positioning of the rear Turbo was what I was after as  the one in 
the Motor Trend Article of GMs only shows the forward Aerodyne.

Guess is, my .jpg came first as a Studio Mock-Up Concept and then
GM greenlighted a real Installation application.

I agree > that rear Turbo ingesting broiling hot air off the leading 
Turbo housing > ain't.
