[Diy_efi] information on the 1228062 GM ECM ?

All,

Does anyone have any experience with the GM 1228062 ECM? It appears to 
be a later version of the 1227747, is that true? It appears as though 
the harness connections are compatible.

Are the programming ROMs and EPROM pairs compatible?

Given the different location of the parameters is accounted for can a 
1228062 be reprogrammed to mimic the settings of a 1227747?
