[Diy_efi] Testing an inductance coil.

A neon glow lamp will *not* work in the configuration described.  In  series 
with the plug, yes.  Across a current transformer, no.  The  voltage developed 
by the CT will be modest, certainly not the 90 volts and  upwards required to 
"strike" a neon.
