sorry, I have a MAP Sensor too.
I'm Live in Chile, an I made my own adapter plate, I bougth a 20mm aluminium
plate, an I made a lot of drills, and them with a dremel I finished the work
I bougth a Pocket Programmer II From Xtronics, and I Get the 2F-TBI.bin,
from LCML,
