[Diy_efi] Tuning a 730 PE Mode without a Wideband O2

What is the best way to getting my 730 AFR as close as possible when in
PE mode?  I have been experiencing a lean condition at WOT.  I see this
by looking at the plugs.  Also, is there a good DIY wideband setup for
the 730?  Thanks, Brandon
