I believe A6 should be 12v+ from ignition sw; B1 and C16 should be =
12v+(Batt) at all times.
Also, D1(syst ground) and D6(O2 sensor ground) go to the block.
My source is for the 16171199 ECM for '92-95 truck with manual trans. =
I think the 1227747 has same pinouts except for B10(Par/Neutral sw) and =
C7(High gear)--power and grounds/sensor returns are the same.
With regard to your modified TBI regulator, I would appreciate the =
details. My approach to using high pressure pump with TBI didn't work.
