[Diy_efi] WBO2 and AFR

Could have added earlier, in addition to all WB sensors being
pressure sensitive, that some are more than others.  Bosch having
less than half the pressure sensitivity of comparable NTK.

BTW, it is interesting to note, the choice of WB controllers used 
by, what has been considered the (as I understand it) premier data 
acquisition co. used in NASCAR and NHRA.  Ah, they ain't cheap.
