I'm no expert on these things but many inventions that are worthwhile 
are shunned to begin with. 
I'm not saying they're revolutionary but they may have *some* useful 
value over regular plug, or even fancy "quad electrode" plugs.

On the surface it seem like the principle is sound though I'm sure the 
benefits are not as good as they say... up to 40% less emissions... ok.
