[Diy_efi] Switched High Voltage Drop?

Absolutely... The PCM should be seeing battery voltage for sure -- i'd
just reground and repower the ECM anyways, or check out the ignition switch
and see what the voltage is on either side of that -- somethings got to be
causing an awful high resistance to drop a volt and a half like that!
What's the voltage at the fusebox? (supply voltage)? theres got to be some
isolated problem... and you've said it yourself, it doesn't appear to be
in the grounds, so, i'd assume something in the supplies line causing that
sort of voltage loss.. Check the power coming into the ignition switch,
then the power going out to IGN1 / IGN 2 and see what you get. I've heard
about flaky ignition switches wreaking havoc on stock PCM's before... It
happened to me on my haltech (touchy contacts causing the computer to reset
randomly)

You can find out which wires are what on a simple car security website (
http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/) look for 'remote starter' install
instructions for your car. It'll tell you the column wiring color codes so
you don't have to guess ;)
