Does not change significantly with regard to octane (less than 5%) changes
very significantly with throttle position > 500%.
Don't remember the original post but an engine at WOT has minimum timing and
maximum fuel for a given RPM. That is to say, the fuel delivery depends on
the RPM and the loop is open.
