[Diy_efi] Buick ECM question

Hi All,

A friend of mine is looking for a way to record output of the ECM in his
Buick Reatta.  He added a turbo and needs to make some chip changes but
can't find a good scan tool to capture the data for study.  He thinks there
is a service number marked on the case: 01228253. There is another row of
numbers, but he doesn't know what they mean: 869044 M911518538. The stock
chip is labeled ANWU. 

Can anybody ID this ECM and know of a scanner that will work to record
data.  Any help would be appreciated.
