[Diy_efi] OBDII PCM reprograming?

Would someone mind saving me a bunch of research and tell me if
reprogramming an OBDII PCM is possible just like OBDI computers. Or in other
words, is software similar to TunerCat available for OBDII fuel injection
controllers?
