[Diy_efi] Uploads to FTP sever

The FTP client that comes with Windows causes many problems, it seems to 
handle the FTP protocol in a nonstandard way. In particular, things use 
to go wrong when a router with firewall functionality is involved at 
either end. All other FTP clients use to be more reliable! Cute FTP, 
Leech FTP, AceFTP...all of them are better!
