How about a single MAF?  If you were carrying each MAF reading through,
and fueling each bank based on it's MAF then there might be some benefit
to having 2, but since you're combining their results anyway it just
seems like extra cost and opportunity for something to go wrong.  If you
are worried about keeping the flow balanced then maybe use a second
"dead" MAF for the other plenum, not connected to anything.
