[Diy_efi] 1.3l TBI project

I agree,  the 1.8 should be a pretty good start.  You'll need a bin editor
for your spceific ECM so you can edit the VE tables and maybe the injector
size.  I'm not sure what ECM in the Cavalier,  someone else here probably
will know.
