[Diy_efi] free/cheap PCB tools

Any recommendations for free/cheap PCB software?  I have pretty simple
requirements:  2 layer, couple hundred nets, schematic capture, PCB
layout, autoroute would be great.  Also it needs to generate all the
board files:  gerber files, drill files, solder mask, silkscreen, etc.
I did a google search and found a surprising amount of stuff, but I'd
rather not try out a bunch if I can get a recommendation.

Any suggestions for a quick turn prototype PCB service?
