If this is a single or twin cylinder engine, give some thought to
incorporating a plenum chamber with a volume of 2 to 3 times
the cylinder volume, and place it as close to the intake valve
as possible.     The volume of the intake tract becomes more
important as the cylinder count goes down.  Much more of a
  hi-low pressure wave problem potential that can cause
under, then over capacity problems at the turbo outlet.
Honda CX 500 turbo twin had a 950-ish CC plenum
between turbo and intake valve for this reason.
