[Diy_efi] idle control 1227747

Another quick thought is i had this happen on my Grand Prix GTP when i had
installed a 160 degree thermostat on the factory ECU... the cars 'warm up'
temp never was reached so it was always in open loop mode, resulting in an
increased idle speed...  Also, if its an auto, as previously mentioned, the
P/N switch could do it too...

I'll be watching...
