[Diy_efi] dis 90 cutlass v6 3.1

yeah.  the pickups the same for all the V6's.  (4.3, 3.1, 2.8) with the
firing order being different on the 3.4 only set inside the ECM from what i
remember)  anyways...  if its a dohc motor, or something, there may be other
issues.  could be a toyota or nissan or an old AMC.  -- til we find out ;)
