Interesting thanks Phil,

Whatever happened to these sorts of developments, surely there would
be some mob offering them to even backyard installers, yet they all see to
fizzle out, are there regulatory issues here in Aust or just opportunistic
commercial 'managers' who've spent their doh and lost the plot ;)
