[Diy_efi] Injectors Not Firing TESTER

Basically and 'clocking' source applied where R9 is in the circuit
(meaning you can ditch the entire left hand side of the diagram) drives
the FET... A morph of that subset is exactly what will be in my EFI
project when I get to that part...
