[Diy_efi] 2f TBI Binaries

Hey all,

Im at the end of my TBI conversion and have just burned the 2f_tbi.bin that
I believe originates from Chet Wagner onto an EPROM that I am hoping makes
my 40 driveable.

One of my goals is to tweak this for performance as I go, and I was curious
if anyone on the list has a binary that not only works well on a 2f, but is
possibly more performance oriented than the "standard" binary.

(total shot in the dark, but gotta ask - looking for an initial shortcut
before tweaking myself)
