[Diy_efi] O2 sensor mounting

You want the heated sensors pointing down.  Also the aftermarket wide band 
sensors/controllers will also instruct you to leave the heater off for a few 
seconds so any condensation in the exhaust can be blown out.  Hot ceramic + 
relatively cool water = dead sensor.   At least this is what they say. 
Maybe you can get away with more with a narrow band sensor?
