[Diy_efi] way off topic

Tyvek house wrap.  You put this stuff (comes in 10 foot rolls) between the 
sheeting or insulation and the siding.  Not sure of exact qualities but it 
is suppose to pass air and help keep moisture out.  Check with your local 
building supply store for other brands.
