[Diy_efi] LS3 V8 ECM

You know,  I DID check out the ecm in the V6 I drove and not the V8 - 
that's cool!

GM seems to have really 'softened' the throttle response on the SS - on 
my first drive my butt-o-meter said my '94 LT1 Z28 was faster. It would 
be nice to tweak it a bit :-)
