[Efi332] The original stimulator board

Hi there,

I think this question is actually for Jeff (maybe not).

Does anybody have the schematics and instructions 
for the original stimulator board (4 caps, 4 
resistors, 1 555, 1 pic, 1 crystal, no LEDs)?

I am finally getting around to putting it 
together and I find that I don't have any component placement info.
