Throttle body Injector interchangeability (GM).

I am thinking about putting on a throttle body with the 7.2 liter bore 
sizes on a 94 4.3 v6.  The flow rates of the injectors are in the
archives(I'll probably stick with the 4.3 injector size). What other 
interchangeability issues exist with the different year and model 
applications for the TBIs?  Does anyone have a good set of equations 
for calculating intake runner and plenum volumes?  Has anyone had any 
experience with the Edlebrock TBI manifolds or the TBI to port fuel 
injection conversions?
