Hmm... According to what I found, Pontiac only offered the Turbo 3.1 in
89...  It appears to only have had the 148 and a single cal... no updates.
NA 3.1 was offerred in 89 with the 727., 90 and 91  with 1228838, 16149405,
727, 730 and 16136965 ECM's.
No 3.1 was offerred in 88, they had only the 2.8 for 88 and it used the
1227170, 727, 730 and 1227302
