Help with talking to 1995 4.3 "W" NON J1850 VCM

Don't be too frustrated if ya can't get things to work.  Even using
the GM scantools I had trouble with these vehicles.  They are
definitely not OBDII systems, but I remember using an adapter cable
with the Tech 1.  I believe the baud rate of the S10 was significantly
higher than other OBDI PCMs.
