What does stoich mean?

I have personally measured gas with as high as 12-15% alky content fresh 
from the pump.....
For non pro comp racing,, I got the t-shirts from making the errors.
Just knowing that and adjusting the plug readiings matters.
Granted the alky ain't been as bad the last coupple years
