What does stoich mean?

Well, ya, but that didn't answer my question.
If ya remember some time a ago i posted about changing the Stoich for 
different countries, and Brazil was one mentined, I'm curious about whta his 
true setting is.
  There is some actual needfor varying it, hence it is asjustable,, and 
couldin to the guy who calibrates such things the do move it some, and I was 
looking for a real world number.
