bin needed

[CSH-HQ]

The 8746 is from a plain vanillia caprice as far as I know the fleet 
optioned heavy dutyw were the ecm I mentioned ealier.
  The give away is the injector size the fleet service cop car used the 
65#/hr injectors
  I know of no 746 using the 65ers
