7730_7727.ecu???& .ecu file editing

What you need to do is look at that ECU file with Promedit vs 6.0--and then
save it--I believe it saves it in the format that WINBIN uses--the file
length is a lot longer after saved in the correct format. IF you have
further problems--I'll send ya the ecu file. To edit the ecu files--just use
"notepad.exe"
